Gergely Racz LL.M.

After graduating from law school, Gergely worked as a trainee lawyer at Zamecsnik, Pósfai and Partners Law Firm, continued his career as an applied lawyer after taking the legal exam, and fromsince 2014 he started ane has had an independent practice. His main areas of expertise are criminal law, criminal procedure law, tax law, misdemeanor law. In 2021, he will obtain a master’s degree in criminal law atfrom the Faculty of Law of the Károli Gáspár Reformed University. Previously, he served as anwas an intern at the Csongrád County Court, the Office of the Investigating Judge of the Brussels Court and the Brussels Public Prosecutor’s Office.

During his more than a decade-long experience andd legal career, he has successfully representeds the interests of individuals and companies as a protector in criminal proceedings, and proceedings before the tax authorities.
